Customer service is non existent...auto parts people treat everone as they are stupid if the dont refer to a part by its manufacturers given name. Rude...dude im not a mechanic, just need a new tail lens..

The best place in the world. They have everything i can buy. From biking to camping to sitting at home in my back yard. A great place to shop for every need.

Very busy, with helpful staff.and had most everything I was looking for

Usually quite well organized, friendly staff and good prices when sales are on. Selection is usually pretty good even when comparing to much larger metro stores. Only 2 real issues i have seem in my visits here are: 1) lack of training for many staff members, 2) miss tagging much of the time. It's a good thing the staff are so friendly the majority of the time add this makes up for a lot of other things.

Most staff are friendly, some are completely rude.

Some of the staff were friendly and one guy was super helpful.Had an alignment done and they forgot to straighten the steering wheel first so its a quarter turn to the right when driving straight. whoever brought the car back into the parking lot after left a dirty rag and plastic on the floor, grease on the steering wheel. they didn't inspect the front end very well because when I went to my local alignment guy he showed me where both lower balljoint boots are torn and look like they have been for awhile. save yourself the money and go somewhere else for automotive work.

Hands down the best auto service experience I've ever had. Matt and his team were total pros, exceeding expectations at every step. I will be raving about this auto shop to anyone who needs help, and will certainly be back again to make some more lemonade despite my lemon of a vehicle. Very impressed.

Pretty typical Canadian tire store, however some of the younger staff at the customer service desk can make things difficult. For example, I bought a heater, that later went on sale (10 days after I purchased it). They would not refund the difference in price, as they usually do, forcing me to return the item and re-purchase an identical item at the sale price. Even when I told them thats what I was going to do, they would not refund the difference. I guess they like doing more work then necessary.

The staff is always helpful here, and will go the extra mile to help you whenever they can.

Easy to find what you need and the workers are nice

During summer vacation while passing through Williams Lake on our way home. My boat trailer blew a bearing and wrecked the axle as I limped it to Canadian Tire. It was +35 degrees out and 5pm Sunday on a long weekend.. These guys were absolute life savers! Let me leave my boat with them so we could carry on home. I had an axle shipped to them and they installed it. The owner and staff were very accommodating and understanding about me working in camp and being unable to pick up the boat until my days off. Thanks guys!

First time in the store. Clean and organized. Bought a patio umbrella and stand and it took us 8 minutes from start to finish. Lots of cashiers on staff.

This store is very large and ALWAYS well stocked. It is bright and clean. The employees are always eager to help. Even the washrooms are beyond clean. We like that they usually have everything advertised and are almost never sold out or having to offer rain checks.

Needed a new brake bulb for my car. They fixed it right away. Really good service person in the automotive counter!

Staff were very helpful in locating proof of purchase electronically when my dad came in to return something without a receipt. The attention to detail was very good! We also picked up a few other items; all staff were helpful and friendly :)

Good ole Canadian Tire. Would be nice if their regular brands for gardening stuff was better quality. They have been out of stock on plumbing stuff for weeks.

Unlike other CT stores, they always have what the website confirms in stock. Too bad the staff members look so down trodden. Give a smile to your customers, it will go a long way !

I visited the hunting department of the store, was greeted with high level of respect and got the stuff needed fairly quickly. Great experience!

The layout of products seems unusual when compared to other Canadian Tire stores in the province but overall the store is a great asset to the area. I love it when they have sales on the automotive tools and supplies.

I went to the boat section. Cause my husband asked me to get something. Was not sure but the employee came over and was very helpful.

Pet friendly! Don't leave your pets in the vehicle, bring them in! Says the sign on the door! They also had a great selection of clearance items that were useful au the back of the store. The store itself is of fair size and the shelves were well stocked and the store nice and tidy. The lineup at the cash out was long and it went quickly.

I appreciate that the team are always friendly and willing to help when I need to exchange or return something. This happens more often than at other stores because much of the stock is pretty low quality. But it's usually on sale, so...Otherwise, all the products you could possibly need for your home/yard/car.

Ordered items on line to pick up in store, everything was ready for me like the email stated, staff was friendly

Went in to get a replacement part for a jumper pack from Canadian tire,asked questions and was given good feed back and was well taken care of.

Bought 2 deep cycle camper batteries and the employees start yelling at me once i was in the parking lot saying i needed to get warranty for my batteries, so eventually they decided i already had warranty because all i needed was my receipt. A week later when i went to bring a battery back to get replaced with my so called warranty they told me i didnt have warranty or a invoice which i was supposed to get and now i cant. Thanks canadian tire I thought your store in hinton where they sold me new tires for $1000 and they were different sizes was the worst but you proved me wrong...

Went in to purchase a new shotgun, I knew exactly what I wanted, it was in stock and the associate who was trying to help me had a valid firearms license but was told she wasnt allowed to sell me a firearm simply because it was after 5pm.
